This painting was exhibited at the Marc-Aurèle-Fortin Museum in 1985. Catalogue raisonné: # C-0046. Casein is discovered by Marc-Aurèle Fortin from 1949. This product sold in tube, newly arrived in Canada from the United States, casein is a kind of milk-based gouache. Marc-Aurele Fortin adored this medium, he even used a homemade mixture of powdered milk with water to create the clouds. The artist liked the matt effect without the transparency of the watercolor.
