Between his first and second sessions at the Julian Academy, Clarence Gagnon visits Morocco with his friend Edward Boyd. During this visit, which took place in 1904, they visited Tangier, Cadiz and Gilbraltar. Both artists produce several sketches and drawings, before continuing their journey in Spain.
