La maison de Jean Levesque
Corner of St-Ambroise and Ste-Augustine streets in the St-Henri district in Montreal
To share his vision of Quebec culture and imbue his works with a very singular sensitivity, Miyuki Tanobe takes the time to observe his environment, the children who play as well as passers-by in their daily lives. Thus, she paints the portrait of a very lively and dynamic society, and this in all simplicity. The colors she uses reflect the vitality of Quebec neighborhoods.
